My distinct approach to bodywork has formed as a natural extension of my own healing journey. The potency of my work lies in the union of applied technique, which actively initiates change, and my ability to witness and converse with the body’s natural pace of unwinding & finding its own resolve.

My experience began with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and 625 hours of Massage Training, which has been fortified with ongoing study of foundational Massage modalities, Somatic & Nervous System theory, Craniosacral & Biodynamic Healing Arts, traditional Mayan healing, and Yoga.

I view Massage as a form of artistry—each session is a custom creation, blending the client's needs with the practitioner’s skill and attentive flow.
No two sessions are exactly alike; each visit encourages inquiry, provides information, and offers personalized care.

In a world so mind-driven, I find solace and connection in the act of dropping in & down. Devoted to the practices of embodied awareness, slowing down, and traversing the movement beneath the surface, it is my calling to share these experiences with you.
