Sessions integrate several modalities-- including but not limited to Swedish & Deep Tissue techniques, Strain/Counterstrain, Fascial Release, Lymphatic Movement, Craniosacral Therapy, and Cupping. Informative Touch invites deep tension to drain-- holding patterns release, pain patterns resolve, and the body receives wholistic restoration.
Face & Jaw Release
Each session facilitates deep release of gathered tension in the face, jaw, scalp, neck and chest. Sculpting techniques gently lift the gaze, soften expression lines, and awaken the regenerative nature of your skin. Abdominal, Womb and Pelvic care rooted in traditional Mayan healing practices. Sessions are grounded in a structured care approach as taught by Rosita Arvigo, and include ceremonial elements inspired by the teachings of Miss Beatrice Torres Waight, Yucatec Maya Healer. Sessions encourage optimal uterine alignment & motility, and enrich organ health & function. Transparent Pricing: My rates are flat, and I do not accept gratuity.

Cancellation Policy: I ask for 48 hours notice of cancellations. Cancellations within the 48 hour timeframe are subject to a 50% fee unless the client reschedules a session within 48 hours of the original appointment time. Same-day cancellations/no-shows are subject to the full service charge.

Sauna: Infrared Sauna sessions are now available at The Wellness Collective. Sauna Sessions and Packages are linked on my booking platform. You may choose to book a Sauna session before/after a Massage, or on its own.
